The scenery has changed now. The road is often covered by shade trees, and cool breezes occasionally blow. Not always, but often enough to feel encouraged.

After another night, I realize I haven’t gotten rid of bed bugs. I have new bites.  A timely email comes from Amy and she tells me to come to Albergue El Paso in Vega de Valcarce. She’s stopped for an extra day there because she’s not feeling well. She says the host is very helpful and he’ll help me with the bed bugs.  I sure hope so.
