The Camino Day 18 – Santa Catalina
I get off the bus in Astorga and see that it has some structures designed by the Spanish architect Antonio Gaudi whose work I adore. The Episcopal Palace of Astorga was built in the late 1800s. This building is like many of his creations in that it highlights his brilliant use of light.
Sadly, I don’t have time to hang around and investigate. I need to move on down the road and cover another six miles by foot.
