The Car Show
Today I sat with Ray at the Cruisin’ Clarkston Car Show, and I had a flash of what life must have been like in the 50s and 60s. I thought it would be cool to have a picture of the gray and white-haired folk walking around and looking at the cars and compare it to a picture of them walking around looking at the cars back in their/our younger days. The same old cars, same old store fronts, same atmosphere. I think that may be something special about car shows. People walk around and talk and greet one another. No one’s looking at their phones (for the most part). It’s a lot about community, and we need more of that.
